Refund Policy

This policy covers payments you make to ReceiptCash AI (wallet top-ups and the 15% success fee). It is separate from the refunds you obtain from retailers — those are governed by each store's own policy.
🛡️ Our money-back guarantee
When you secure a refund, the 15% fee is deducted from your wallet. If the retailer denies your claim, simply upload their denial reply in the app and we credit the full fee back to your wallet — no questions asked. Winning customers never lose a cent.
When you can get the fee back
You are entitled to a full fee refund (to your wallet) if:
- the retailer denied, reversed, or clawed back the refund (upload proof in-app);
- you were charged in error or charged twice;
- the fee was charged on an amount you did not actually receive.
Wallet balance & cash refunds
Guarantee refunds are credited to your prepaid wallet so you can use them on future claims. If you'd prefer a cash refund of unused wallet credit back to your original payment method, email support@receiptcash.com and we'll process it within 5–10 business days via our payment provider, Paddle.
Subscriptions (if applicable)
If you subscribe to a future optional paid plan, you can cancel any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals. For billing issues on a subscription charge, contact us and we'll make it right in line with this policy and Paddle's buyer terms.
How to request a refund
Email support@receiptcash.com with your account email and details of the charge. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days. Payments and any card-level refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd.
What is not refundable
Fees correctly charged on refunds you genuinely received are non-refundable, since they reflect money we helped you recover. Everything else is covered by the guarantee above.
